✦ Permanent Tooth Replacement
The gold standard in tooth replacement — titanium roots that fuse with your jawbone for a lifetime of natural-looking, fully functional teeth. No more gaps, no more dentures.
Book Implant ConsultationA dental implant is a small titanium post surgically placed into the jawbone where a tooth is missing. It acts as an artificial root, and over 3–6 months, it fuses with the bone (osseointegration) to create a stable, permanent foundation for a crown, bridge, or denture. The result? A tooth that looks, feels, and functions exactly like a natural one.

The procedure is performed under local anaesthesia and is very well tolerated. Most patients report that it is far less painful than they anticipated — comparable to a routine extraction. Post-operative discomfort is typically mild and managed with over-the-counter pain relief for 2–3 days.
From implant placement to final crown, the process typically takes 3–6 months to allow for proper osseointegration. However, immediate-load implants (where a temporary crown is placed the same day) are available in suitable cases. We will assess your specific situation and give you an accurate timeline.
Most adults with good general health and adequate jawbone are candidates. Conditions like uncontrolled diabetes, heavy smoking, or severe bone loss may require additional assessment or treatment first. A CBCT 3D scan at our clinic will give us a definitive answer for your specific case.
The titanium implant fixture, once integrated, can last a lifetime with proper oral hygiene and regular check-ups. The crown on top typically lasts 10–20 years before it may need replacement due to normal wear. This makes implants the most cost-effective long-term solution for missing teeth.
